Terms and Conditions for Mudraex

Welcome to Mudraex. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mudraex website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Mudraex, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where digital asset trading is legal.
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • KYC Compliance: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as per FIU-IND guidelines before trading.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Unauthorized Access: You must notify Mudraex immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Trading & Financial Risks

  • High Risk: Trading in digital assets involves significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate widely. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.
  • No Investment Advice: Mudraex provides a platform for execution and information but does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
  • Finality of Transactions: Once an order is executed (Buy/Sell/Transfer), it is final and cannot be reversed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Fiat Transactions: Deposits and withdrawals must be made through verified bank accounts or UPI IDs belonging to the account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
  • Processing Times: While we aim for instant processing, delays may occur due to banking network issues or internal security reviews.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform (hacking, scraping, or DDoS attacks).
  • Provide false or misleading information during the KYC process.
  • Open multiple accounts for the same individual.

6. Fees and Charges

Mudraex reserves the right to charge transaction fees, withdrawal fees, and network fees. All fees will be clearly displayed prior to the execution of any transaction. Fees are subject to change at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mudraex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds resulting from:

  • System maintenance or downtime.
  • Fluctuations in asset prices.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Your City/State, e.g., New Delhi].
